123kyat Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement

This page sets out the rules, responsibilities, and rights that players must follow when using the 123kyat platform.

01Introduction & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between any person ("Player", "User", or "You") who uses the 123kyat platform ("Service") and 123kyat ("We", "Platform").

By registering, opening an account, or using any service on the platform, the player confirms they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

123kyat reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be announced on the platform and will take effect from the time of announcement.

02User Account Rules

2.1 — Account Registration Requirements

To open an account on 123kyat, the player must meet the following requirements—

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must register with accurate information. Providing false information may result in account closure.
Each person may open only one account. Each family member may open their own individual account.
The account must be personal. Playing on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

2.2 — Password & Security

Players must keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Players are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on their own account. If you believe your login details have been compromised, change them immediately and notify our support team.

2.3 — Account Restrictions

Players must only use their own personal bank or payment account. Third-party payments are not allowed. If detected, related funds will not be returned and the account may be closed.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 — Deposits

We accept the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks and this applies to all methods.

After a deposit, minor delays may occur due to bank processing times or technical issues. Please contact our support team if this happens.

3.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, and only funds belonging to the account holder may be withdrawn.

3.3 — Financial Verification & KYC

We reserve the right to carry out financial verification (Know Your Customer). Withdrawal access may be restricted on accounts where verification has not been completed. If a player does not cooperate with the KYC process, their account may be temporarily suspended.

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 — First Deposit Bonus

123kyat offers a 120% bonus — up to 500,000 Ks on your first deposit after registration. For example, deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you 44,000 Ks to play with. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must wager 25x the bonus amount — meaning 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

If you deposit 840,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

4.2 — Bonus Restrictions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before wagering requirements are met.
Each player may receive this bonus once only.
If a player is found to be exploiting the bonus system, the bonus and any related funds will be forfeited.

4.3 — VIP Program & Cashback

123kyat's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As players wager more, they move up the tiers and receive—

Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

Cashback bonuses have their own wagering terms and will be credited in the same week the bonus is earned.

05Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the 123kyat platform—

Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or any funds suspected of being linked to money laundering.
Playing using bots or automated software, or using third-party software to attempt to influence game outcomes.
Intentionally exploiting gameplay patterns to abuse bonuses.
Registering multiple accounts under a single shared IP address to farm bonuses.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform's services through manipulation.
Gaining advance knowledge of service outcomes and exploiting the system through unfair means.

If any of the above actions are detected, 123kyat reserves the right to immediately suspend the player's account without prior notice and to handle any remaining balance, bonuses, and winnings at its discretion.

06Responsible Gaming Commitment

123kyat cares about the health and financial wellbeing of our players. Gaming should be for entertainment only and must not be treated as a way to make money.

07Limitation of Liability and Legal

All designs, software, content, graphics, and logos on the 123kyat platform are the property of 123kyat and may not be copied or distributed without modification.

08Account Suspension and Closure

123kyat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player's account if a breach of these terms is found.

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they must notify the support team 2 days in advance. Any remaining personal funds will be returned in accordance with the terms. If the account is closed before bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount will be forfeited.

09Personal Data Protection

Players' personal data is handled in accordance with 123kyat's Privacy Policy. We protect data using SSL encryption and do not sell it to third parties.

By using the platform, players are considered to have agreed to the Privacy Policy.

10General Provisions of the Agreement

This agreement is intended solely as a mutual agreement between the player and the 123kyat platform and does not imply any form of agency or representation by either party.

If any clause of this agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue to remain in effect.

For matters not covered in this agreement, 123kyat's announcements and decisions shall be the primary reference, and clarification can be sought through 24-hour customer support.
